79 chevy truck back wheels are stuck to drums?

I bought a 79 chevy 4x4 for a muddin toy, and want to but some mud tires on the back, but the rims are rusted to the drums, I tried a sledge, hammer, kicking it and the still wont come off,any body got ideas how to get them off
