Who will keep our troops in afghanistan past 2011 ?

This isn't a win or lose situation. Terrorism will always exist because it is an IDEA, you CAN NOT destroy an idea. You can however suppress the people committing the acts. If you are basing this on the Taliban then we did win because we (by we I mean all forces in Afghanistan I am American) sure as hell kicked their *** out of power.
