What do I do???????????

I've managed to lose a very good friend and I can't seem to win her back this time. I know I'm a handful and a mess but she is the only personal that really knows me. She knows the real me without hiding or holding anything back. She's the only person I've ever trusted enough to show her everything I am. Unfortunately sometimes, I am a bit of a jerk too. Usually she forgives my insensitive and thoughtless comments, because she knows I don't mean them to hurt..... even though I'm sure they do. Do I have any shot at getting her back? Do I deserve to have her in my life?
