Just try not drinking calories. Try drinking only ice water and diet sodas. And try eating tastier foods. They make lowfat in almost everything. You could get those thin cookies or chips. And gfruits are pretty big and fill you up, so you could try eating those as well as...salads, peppers, crackers, fruits, vegetables, soups, fiber one bars(great for pigging out). With these foods you can eat more, feel fuller, and weigh less.
