Is it possible and legally binding to stop someone attending the funeral of a relative?

We have a feuding family which has had a bereavement and one side says that the other can't attend the funeral and that it is stated in the will of the deceased. Is this legally binding and what is likely to be the outcome if the other relatives attend.
