Just your question, "Is being extremely arrogant and rude part of having Asperger's Syndrome?" Those with Asperger's suffer from an inability to understand and learn social norms, therefore they wouldn't see themselves as "extremely arrogant and rude" therefore since they're the ones with the disorder, I guess it must be.
