Is Wenger jealous of King Kenny?

Why would that make him jealous? All it means is that Kenny feels like he can't work entirely with the sorry group of players he had before the signings, and that Wenger knows how to make the best of what he's got. Besides, last I checked, Arsenal were the ones in the running for the PL title...Liverpool...not so much.
