How can i peirce my septum by myself?

Honestly it should be done by a professional. I think your choice to do it yourself isn't a smart one. You need to do a lot more research on the subject then just asking people how to. Do you know what risks are involved in doing it yourself? Do you know proper cleaning instructions? Do you know that by doing it yourself you have a higher chance of infection, and that you are most likely not going to be using instruments that are clean... the only way to do it yourself is by getting an autoclaved needle and getting it over the net how will you for sure know that its clean? Please go to a professional or look more into it. You wouldn't want to make a horrible mistake.
