I have so much pain in my knees and bum (sides), X ray showed nothing but i know something is wrong with me!!!?

Sometimes it's the muscles called hamstrings they can get so tight it will cause so many different problems like knees hurting and your bum and the rest of your lower body. ask the doctor about this.
