My garden has been devastated by bugs. with only a few leaves left can the plants survive and produce fruit?

I am a first year gardener. The pest have only eaten the pumpkin, cuber and cantaloupe. My broccoli is completely destroyed. The peppers and tomatoes are untouched. What did this? My main question is will the pumpkin and cubers live to produce fruit? Its mid-july in southeast Michigan, do I have time to replant
