Should I report this to DOCS & would it be raised in court?

There is something sick sounding here. Why would any mother allow her 6yo daughter to stay over night with a ex-stepfather....not adopted father.....Now if the mother is unable to stand up for the daughter ..Damn it's time for daddy to get off his ****....Can you say PEDOPHILE....child welfare.. only if mom has custody.... call the local authorities.....get a video or audio of you discussing this with the child( don't lead her just let her talk) Take this with you to the cops....don't slow down till you get there.
