Christians: Question about attacks from the enemy? Animals included...?

So, this isn't a redefined version of "Will pets go to heaven?", but if you wanna get into that too, go for it. I've seen how myself & others around me have been faced with attacks...from visions/dreams to more serious attacks threatening their health or livelihood. So that got me thinking about a current situation I had...many of us have pets that we love to the point that they're basically family. And they are living things...so does the enemy go so far to attack things we love that they would go after pets too? Never really thought about this before and if there's been similar questions I sure missed 'em so I'm curious about this today...
